Apon receiving this mini I had no real issues, there was a fair amount of cleaning it up to get rid of all the printing tracks and such but I was pleased. However I sent it out to be professionally painted and they just brought to my attention the pieces are full of uncured resin; It was also brought to my attention that if they don't get it all out, the model will eventually just fall apart into a puddle of resin because of the uncured resin! So anyone buying just be aware and check your model before assembly or painting to avoid catastrophe.

My enchantress figure model kit arrived today and she is excellent. She is as lovely as the picture. Packing was carefully done and all the pieces arrived intact Figure has great detail and was really easy to put together. I can't wait to start painting! I am already thinking of ordering my next project. :)

If you ever want to get a miniature this is the place to go. Dark Enchantress with Scythe was missing her arms and staff, sent an email and that day they sent out the missing parts. Best service around.
